You Appointment inc COVID guidelines
We take a non-refundable payment of 50% of your total before confirming any appointment.
Where we are getting new hair, we do not order the hair until payment received.
You can book your appointment online. This is initially a request as we need to check the location of adjoining appointments in the first instance.
If the location on the day doesn't work, we will rearrange for a day in the location that suits.
If I book the appointment on the system on your behalf, you will have 24hrs to send 50% payment to secure the appointment and if not received, the appointment will be cancelled.
If you decide to no longer have your hair extensions fitted/fitted by me, the 50% payment will not be returned and any hair ordered hair will remain HB3 Property.
attending Your appointment
- Please arrive with clean, straight, brushed hair. If you come with oily hair, you may be turned away with payment received kept.
- Please avoid wearing hoodies during appointment so I can effectively cut and style Or please have something on underneath so we can remove the hoodie to work.
- If there is matting/issues due to aftercare, there will be additional charge for the extra work involved (from £40+)
- Please arrive on time to help my diary run smoothly (After 15 mins late, I may need to cancel the appointment and you will need to pay again to rebook. Or if I can keep the appointment, there will be a charge of £15 per 15 mins late added to cover time wasted. ie 45 mins late is £45)
- If attending a refit please remember to take any strands that may have fallen out

- Covid Form/NHS T&T scan to be completed & temp check to be passed before appointment can start
- All belongings to be kept at your feet and avoid touching your belongings during the appointment
- Mask to be worn at all times
- Unfortunately, no guests inc children/dogs allowed in the salon with you during the appointment at these times
Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes so I can effectively manage my diary.
Due to many appointments taking 2-3 hours please appreciate the time HB3 Hair have to block out.
If you give 24hrs + notice, then you will be able to carry forward your booking payment.
Anything less than 24hours, you will forfeit your payment and a new payment will be required to rebook.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit any payment made and payment will be kept to cover time wasted and may be charged extra to cover losses.
i.e if you paid a 50% to book, you may be charged the other 50% before being allowed to rebook.
If 100% was paid upfront, you will not be able to carry any forward.
To rebook you, you will have to pay the full fitting amount up front (any additional due from the no show and the full amount from the new appointment)
Note - If you have new hair included in the appointment, you will not be charged twice for that but you will be charged x 2 fitting/refitting fees.
Please report any concerns as soon as they occur and we will work together to try to get to the root of the problem to resolve and also to ensure it doesn’t happen again so you can enjoy your hair every day!
Not complaints will go further until I have been able to assess hair in person.
Where a client has not followed the aftercare explained and available on the website, or simply changes their mind about having extensions, HB3 are not responsible for any costs.
Where I provide the hair, we are also tied to the suppliers Terms and Conditions which is factored into the complaints process.
If a client goes to another salon/tampers with treatment in anyway, HB3 are no longer responsible for the work done or any damage that may be caused.
If you have any hair slipping/issues within 7 days of fitting, report straight away and HB3 will refit for free.
Anything out with this time-frame will fall under aftercare and can be refitted within a maintenance appointment.
If you don’t want to wait, you are also welcome to return for a mini appointment and we can discuss pricing where applicable.
I do not accept complaints on behalf of someone else and I do not provide refunds under any circumstance.
